The prayer request name can be for a specific person or something general (ex. our nation). You may enter a comment on why prayer is needed if you would like, but it is not necessary.  This information will be sent to the pastor and youth pastor so they can be in prayer for the need.  Your request will not be shared or posted on this website.  Your submission will be completely anonymous unless you wish to make it known in your comments.
